Mission Statement

Clubs at Pingry reflect the values of the school's mission and Honor Code – intellectual exploration, respect, personal integrity, and genuine concern for others. Clubs provide an opportunity for students to develop and explore their interests outside of or alongside the classroom, and provide an avenue for students to “contribut[e] to the larger community of the world.” Because most clubs are student-run, they allow students to develop leadership skills and to “take risks, be agile, handle success and disappointment, and practice resiliency in the pursuit of their goals” (Strategic Plan).
